Software Engineer
Office :

Responsibilities :
  • Design, test, implement, and maintain our evolving analytical API technology, built in ruby, mongo, and cassandra
  • Deliver compliant, realtime, actionable, and accurate information to meet client needs
  • Maintain and improve our production infrastructure and scaling
  • Work with large, messy, realtime datasets
Qualifications :
  • At least 2 years experience in large scale enterprise application or web software development
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or software engineering from a leading school
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one object oriented language (Java, C#, etc)
  • Experience in Ruby, RoR, Scala and familiarity with common web technologies
  • Experience with NoSQL databases as well as traditional relational databases.
  • Interest in retail financial services. Exposure to decision optimization technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Data Scientist

Responsibilities :
  • Engage clients to understand their business, distill needs, recommend solutions, and configure software
  • Scope, source, implement, and test new data sources and models within our platform
  • Work with large, messy datasets to identify and communicate insights
  • Support and influence Product Management to alter data, modeling, and delivery approach across the business
Qualifications :
  • 3+ years analytical optimization experience working as a service provider (e.g. in a consulting firm, information services business, technology vendor, or within a large financial institution)
  • Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics or computer science from a top school
  • Exposure to analytical programming (e.g. R, SAS, Python, Ruby)
  • Interest in retail financial services. Exposure to credit underwriting a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Client Delivery
Office :
New York, Hong Kong, London
Responsibilities :
  • Be responsible for scoping, designing, and delivering new client engagements while working with an international team
  • Get your hands dirty working on real client problems to find and realize nuggets of actionable insight
  • Manage existing client relationships to become our clients' go-to contact for all things data analytics related while maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Research and communicate market needs to product development team
Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success delivering on technology projects within the financial services sector
  • Self-starter with desire to deliver outstanding client impact and product adoption across multiple client relationships
  • Ability to work seamlessly across technical, analytical, and commercial domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including willingness to challenge and influence client behavior at senior levels
  • Comfortable conducting ad-hoc statistical analysis, modeling, and software configuration as needed
  • Interest in retail financial services. Exposure to decision optimization such as credit underwriting a plus

Responsibilities :
  • Support the COO to manage accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, compliance, and other operational functions
  • Coordinate internal and client activities, including vendor approval processes and setting up sales activities
  • Support Product Management in creating marketing material, supporting audits, and maanging data vendor relationships
Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success as an office or operations manager for a B2B service provider, preferably within information services
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working within technical teams, including automation of common tasks
  • A bachelors degree in a relevant domain (e.g. accounting or finance) from a top university, or equivalent
