We license easy to use technology we're keen for you to use it! It's easy explore and we think you'll like it, but there are a few of things we need to agree upon beforehand.

If you reside in the United States of America your acceptance of these terms and conditions will form a binding agreement with Credify Ltd. For all other countries, your contract is with and your use of our product will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. We will notify you of changes we make to these terms and conditions and your continued use of our product will constitute acceptance of the changes.

What promises do we make?

We will not obtain any rights to your data or the models you create. We'll treat them as confidential. We will likely append some third party data to your data for your benefit. Also, we use summary data that does not reveal your identity to improve our products and services, but we promise that we'll never use your data to contact your customers.

We want you to test our product and we will give you a personal license to test it for free, which may include a transaction or time cap. If you would like to use more transactions or time, you agree to pay a license fee for the platform as per our standard pricing packages. What promises don't we make?

We strive always to exceed our customers' expectations, but these can vary widely and because our own capabilities are affected by external factors from time to time, we can't guarantee performance or give any warranties pertaining to our product. Specifically, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

From time to time, we may need to take the service down for modifications and bug fixes. We strive for perfect uptime, but cannot guarantee it. If you need a service level agreement, please email us at help@credify.co.uk to explore a different agreement.

What promises do we require of you?

We believe data transparency is good for consumers and for society; we hope you agree. In using our product and the data you create, you promise:

  • To act honestly, ethically, and in a manner intended to benefit your customers.
  • You agree not to sell, license or transfer our product or any outputs to third parties.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer our product or discover its source code, modeling know-how or other trade secrets used in our product or its operation.
  • You acknowledge our ownership in the product and the associated intellectual property and that we reserve all of our rights in it.
  • We make every effort to keep our data secure and you will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the data and output of our product in a secure environment at all times.
  • You are responsible for your own customer decisions and partnerships, so you'll hold us harmless for any claims against us and any damages we suffer resulting from your use of our product.
  • You have the authority to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of any company or employer for which you are using our product.
  • You will comply with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements. You confirm that, where applicable, you have the appropriate consent of your customers to use their data.
  • You acknowledge that many data sources accessed through our software are from the public domain, and they sometimes contain errors. Further, you acknowledge that some sources may require customer permission or disclosure to use, and you agree to comply with any additional constraints specified withing each API configuration. You acknowledge that we are are a software provider, and not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • You have the right to use the data you upload to our product and allow us to access the uploaded data.
  • You agree that we will not be liable to you or anyone else for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for direct damages in excess of £100, for any reason relating to your use of our product.

What data do we collect and how do we use it?

Like most sites, we keep track of usage information, such as an IP address, and we might use cookies. If you provide registration details such as email address, it will be kept secure. We may use this data to improve our product and provide you with services. For example, when you sign up to our product we will add your email address to our newletter list. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.

The product allows you to upload and enhance your own data, fit models, and use those models in your own workflow. We may store your data and the models you create with our product on your behalf.

What if it doesn't work out?

If either of us is unhappy with how things are going, either of us can terminate your license to use the product at any time for any reason by notifying the other by email, to help@credify.co.uk or to your registered email address.

These terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law applicable to agreements that are entered into by parties located in United Kingdom. If there are any disputes, then you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mediator and in a location we both agree upon. If we do not resolve the dispute through mediation, then you agree that the dispute must be submitted to binding arbitration in United Kingdom.

Personalised pricing

Data packs are available on a personal pricing basis normally starting from £29.91 per month. To request your personalised price list simply email to help@credify.co.uk and you will then receive your price list within 24 hours via email.

While we hope you will enjoy your products, you may cancel any time; however, we do not provide partial month refunds.

We will require you to provide your payment information when you sign up. We will immediately charge your card the stated price and will charge the card that amount for each month you continue your subscription. You may cancel at any time; however, we do not provide partial month refunds.

Price changes

If we need to change the price of your subscription, we will always provide you with at least 30 days' notice by email. Please ensure you keep your email address up to date with us.

Cancellation and Refunds

As the products that we provide to you are immediately available for your use upon acceptance of your application to receive them, you will not be able to cancel this Agreement under Regulation 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We will not refund you for any payments made for any of our products.

Suspension and Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to any of our products if:

  • Any payment that you owe is declined, rejected or reversed for any reason during your subscription period.
  • You breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
  • We have reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud or improper use.

You will not be entitled to any refund if we suspend or terminate your service for any of reasons set out under this clause.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use

We may change these terms at any time by publishing revised or new terms on this website. By using this website and purchasing our products after we change the terms, you accept the revised terms and will be bound by them. We will notify you of the date the changes were last made by showing the date of the changes in the latest version section below, so it is important that you check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes that we may make.
